S.A.L.T. is a national, broker-agnostic community of believers working in and alongside the real estate industry. We gather locally and connect nationally to create space for prayer, encouragement, growth, and honest conversation. This is not a place to recruit, promote, sell, or pitch—instead, S.A.L.T. is a sacred space rooted in trust, generosity, and shared purpose, honoring Jesus in how we lead, serve, and steward our work. We are not affiliated with any denomination, sect, or political party, and we choose unity over division.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to belong at S.A.L.T. This community is for those who want to lead with humility, steward their gifts well, walk alongside others with intention, and integrate their faith into everyday work.
